THE END - ELEMENTARY

"Si mezclas a los actuales The Dillinger Escape Plan y Tool obtendrás algo muy parecido The End. A ratos Mathcore alocado, a ratos metal progresivo. Ejemplo claro de esta segunda vertiente y de la influencia de Maynard en el vocalista de The End ( sobervio por otra parte) es el single y videoclip del disco, Throwing Stones. Sin embargo hay otros cortes más duros, más técnicos y que a ratos recuerdan tanto a Botch como a Norma jean; este sonido esta muy bien reflejado en los puñetazos en la tripa que son Animal o Awake. Pero el verdadero diamante en bruto del disco es el último corte and always... preciosos 9 minutos de voces limpias y un crescendo de quitar el hipo, con un final apoteósico. "
